| 摘 要： | 地层出砂是影响油井正常生产的重大因素之一,排砂工艺是针对细粉砂在机采井上采取的一种防砂 工艺,防砂泵是目前主要的排砂工具。为提高排砂工艺水平,增加排砂工艺系列,研究应用了新型防砂泵--长塞 环封防砂管式泵,根据现场应用,结果证明这种泵有较好的防砂作用,同时可有效地提高泵效。

| Abstract: | The formation sand flow is one of an important factor to effect the nonnal production of oil wells. Sand pump technology is an effective way to control the fine sand in the artificially lifted wells. Sand control pump is main tool for sand disposal. In order to preferably control sand, we developed a new kind of sand control pump, it named long piston and sealing ring tubing pump. Through field application, the results show that this kind pump can improve the pump efficiency and control the fine sand. |
