基于磁集成技术的低纹波CUK式开关电源

摘    要:为研究开关电源的输入和输出的纹波与电路中磁性元件的关系,以隔离型CUK式开关电源为研究对象,分别推导了其输入和输出电流与电源中电感的表达式,并以此为基础探讨了在隔离型CUK式开关电源零纹波输入和输出电流的实现条件。研究了隔离型CUK式开关电源的磁集成的实现方法,仿真结果验证了推导的正确性。

Abstract:In order to decrease the tipple coefficient of switching power supply, the isolated CUK type switching power supply was researched. Based on the switch mode of power supply, the constraint equations between the ripple current of power and magnetic components were deduced. With the equations, the conditions of zero tipple current input and zero tipple current output were discussed. Moreover, the magnetic integration realization method of CUK type power supply was analyzed. Simulation results validated the conclusions.
