智能变电站IED即插即用实现方法研究

摘    要:鉴于实现变电站内IED间的即插即用是智能变电站建设的目标之一,研究了智能变电站IED即插即用的实现原理,在全面遵循IEC61850通信标准的基础上,提出一种基于JINI技术的智能变电站IED即插即用实现方法,根据智能变电站工程建设实际情况,设计了智能变电站SSD文件,通过该文件不仅实现了智能变电站IED在一次系统中的功能定位及通信配置,且实现了IED间SV、GOOSE信息的自动匹配,并通过试验进行了验证。

Abstract:Plug and play between the substation IED is one of the goals of smart substation construction. This paper studies the realization principle of plug and play in smart substation. Based on IEC61850, a JINI technology-based IED plug and play implementation is studied. According to the actual situation of smart substation construction, smart substation SSD documents are designed. SSD file is used to achieve IED function location and communication configuration on smart substation primary system. An experiment is conducted to verify the validity of the conclusions.
