河道保洁在线监管系统设计及应用

摘    要:针对河道保洁管理模式粗放、快速反应能力弱和绩效考评难的现状,基于信息技术和精细化理念,将河道保洁工作细分为5项内容17个指标,探讨了河道保洁工作的在线监管模式,并设计了河道保洁在线监管系统,实现了河道保洁的全过程监管和台帐式管理。实际运行结果表明,该系统界面友好、性能稳定可靠、功能实用、操作简便,不仅显著提高了河道保洁管理效率,且节约了管理成本。

Abstract:In view of the present situation of extensive management mode, poor rapid reaction capability and difficult performance evaluation for river cleaning, based on information technology and fine ideas, river cleaning work is divided into 5 parts of 17 indicators. Online supervision mode of river cleaning work is discussed and online monitoring system of river cleaning is design, which realizes the whole process supervision and account management channel cleaning. The operation results of practical case show that the system has some advantages, such as friendly interface, stable and reliable performance, practical function and simple implementation, which significantly improves the river cleaning management efficiency and saves the cost of management.
