| 摘 要： | 以甲苯二异氰酸酯，单硬脂酸甘油酯为原料，以N-甲基二乙醇胺为扩链剂，以丙酮为溶剂，反应6．5h得到水性聚合物乳液。讨论了原料NCO／OH值、反应温度与时间、扩链剂用量、溶剂用量对乳液稳定性的影响，并用TEM和FT—IR对乳液进行了结构表征。通过与目前商用施胶剂的施胶性能进行对比实验发现，所合成的水性聚氨酯乳液在中／碱性条件下有极好的施胶效果。 |

| Abstract: | A polyurethane emulsion was synthesized by the reaction of 2,4-tolylene-diisocyanate with glyceryl monostearate and N-methyldiethanolamine in ketone solution for 6.5 hours.The effects of NCO/OH ratio,reaction temperature,chain expand and solvent on the emulsion stability were discussed in detail.From the comparison of sizing effect of the emulsion with rosin and AKD sizing agent which are bought in the market,it can be concluded that the polyurethane emulsion is a new kind of neutral/alkaline sizing agent. |
