食用菌对铁、锌、硒生物富集作用的探讨

摘    要:研究了在不同培养基成分和同一培养基成分中香菇、茶薪菇和金针菇对铁、锌、硒的富集作用。结果显示:培养基成分、微量元素浓度和食用菌菌株会影响食用菌的生物富集作用。提高培养基中蛋白质、脂肪和铁、锌、硒的浓度,有利于食用菌对铁、锌、硒的富集。在这三株食用菌中香菇富集铁、锌能力最强,金针菇则富集硒的能力最强。较高浓度的铁、锌、硒盐能促进香菇菌丝的生长

Abstract:In this paper, we compare the ability of bioconcentrating action of IronZcinc and Selenium irons of Lentinus edodesAgrocybe chuxingu and Flammulina velutipes which are cultured in the same and different media. The results show that medium composition, trace element concentrations and fungi strains can affect the bioconcentrating action of edible fungi. The high quantily of proteinfat and the concentration of IronZinc and Selenium ions in the medium is more advantageous to bioconcentration of edible fungi.The best ability of bioconcentrating action of Iron and Zinc ions is Lentinus edodes and the bioconcentrating action of Selenium iron of Flammulina velutipes is very strong. The high concentration of IronZinc and Selenium can promote mycelium growth of Lentinus edodes.
