摘 要: | 为了给弹药总体和引信传爆序列设计提供参考,以某中型盘状子弹为对象,通过破片初速理论计算和ANSYS/LS-DYNA仿真,并结合试验,得到了传爆管不同偏置距离下子弹战斗部预制破片初速各向分布。结果表明:与中心传爆系统相比,偏心传爆系统离传爆管远的破片初速较高。随传爆管偏置距离增加,同一周向破片间初速差异变大。传爆管偏置9 mm时破片初速增益为-7.28%~8.28%,对子弹战斗部破片杀伤场轴对称性影响不大,因引信安全性设计所需的传爆管偏置结构可行。

Influence of Booster Bias on Lethality of Premade Fragmentation Warhead of Bomblet |

Abstract: | In order to provide a reference for design of ammunition system and explosive train in fuze , based on a medium-sized bomblet , theoretical calculation of the initial velocity theory of fragment , simulation analysis by ANSYS/LS-DYNA and experiment were applied . Distribution of initial velocity of fragmentation warhead with different eccentric booster of bomblet was obtained .The results show that com-pared with center detonating propagation system , the fragment initial velocity of eccentric detonation propagation system increases as in -crease of the distance between fragment and booster .The initial velocity difference between fragment increases with increase of location of booster.While eccentric distance is 9 mm, the enhancement of initial velocity of fragment can reach -7.28%-8.28%, which has little effect on lethal symmetry of bomblet warhead fragments , therefore, the eccentric detonation structure required by fuze safety design is feasi-ble. |
