| 摘 要： | 介绍了Ｅｍｓ－Ｉｎｖｅｎｔａ公司聚酯直纺ＰＯＹ生产技术与设备，分析了设备存在的问题，并对常规纺与细旦纺的工艺及直纺ＰＯＹ与切片纺ＰＯＹ的工艺设备进行了比较。认为直纺ＰＯＹ以生产常规产品为好。

| Abstract: | The technique and equipment of Ems Inventa's polyester POY direct spinning were introduced in details. The problems of equipment were analyzed.The equipments for POY direct spinning and chip spinning,as well as the process of regular spinning and fine denier spinning, were comparied.The results show that POY direct spinning process is more suitable for regular fibers. |
