芳烃分析中色谱定量方法的研究

摘    要:采用气相色谱-归一化法,以对二甲苯、混合二甲苯和甲苯为例,建立了一种快速、准确测定芳烃纯度和杂质含量的分析方法。结果表明,标样回收率在98%~104%之间,相对标准偏差〈3%。为进一步简化操作过程,定量分析所用的各组分的相对质量校正因子也可以通过有效碳数(ECN)计算得到。本方法可用于对二甲苯、混合二甲苯和甲苯及其它芳烃类产品的分析,在芳烃生产企业具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:A method was developed for the determination of purity of aromatics (such as para-Xylene and toluene) and hydrocarbon impurities by gas chromatography and normalization. The results indicated that the recovery was in the range of 98 %-104 % and the RSD was less than 3 %. The relative response factor for each component can also be calculated from the effective carbon number (ECN)in order to simply the testing process. As a rapid and accurate method, it was applied successfiully to the analysis of para-Xylene as well as some other aromatics, such as mixed-Xylene and toluene, and it would have a promising prospect for application in aromatic fields.
