| Abstract: | In this paper,introduce the structure of plate-type heat changer which is the core of the Pasteur sterilization machine,it is wildly used in the production energizes.Analyses the working flows of the plate-type heat changer,with some examples explain the application and matters need attentions of plate-type heat changer in the machine in using. |
