陕西省海绵城市建设标准体系研究

海绵城市建设已在全国范围内迅速推广,为了科学有序地推进陕西省海绵城市建设,须构建一套内容全面、层次分明、结构清晰、符合地域特征的海绵城市建设标准体系作为技术支撑。在分析陕西省地域环境对海绵城市建设要求、我国现行基础性标准规范、发达国家城市低影响开发设计导则的基础之上,自顶层设计至具体实施,提出包含规划设计、施工、工程验收、运行管理、评估考核、先进适用技术与产品六大部分的海绵城市建设标准体系,并针对以上各个部分标准的实施提出具体依据与构想,以期为陕西省各地海绵城市建设提供参考与借鉴。

Research on standard system of sponge city construction in Shaanxi Province

The construction of sponge city has been rapidly promoted nationwide. In order to speed up the construction of sponge city in Shaanxi Province scientifically and orderly, it is necessary to construct a comprehensive, hierarchical, clear and regional standard system of sponge city construction as the technical support. Based on the analysis of the requirements for the construction of sponge cities in Shaanxi Province, the current basic standards of China, and the low impact development design guideline of cities in developed countries, from the top design to specific implementation, the standard system of sponge city construction including planning and design, construction, project acceptance, operation management, assessment, advanced applicable technology and products is proposed. In addition, the concrete basis and conception are proposed for each part mentioned above, with a view to provide reference for the construction of sponge cities in the whole Shaanxi Province.
