吡拉西坦缓释固体分散体的制备及体外溶出度研究

摘    要:目的:采用溶剂-冷冻干燥法制备吡拉西坦(Piracetam)缓释固体分散体(SD)来减缓药物的释放速度.方法:分别选用乙基纤维素(EC)、羟丙甲基纤维素(HPMC)及甲基纤维素(MC)为载体制备吡拉西坦固体分散体,以体外溶出度为考查指标,选择最优载体.结果:当选用EC与HPMC的混合物为载体,且药物:EC HPMC的比例为1 3 0.7时,在2、6、12 h累计溶出度分别达到了30%、50%、80%左右,由此可见,将吡拉西坦制成固体分散体可起到很好的缓释效果.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:Preparing the sustained release solid dispersions of piracetam to slow down the dissolution rate by the solvent-freeze drying method. METHODS: Selecting the optimal carriers from EC HPMC ,MC with the dissolution rate values. CONCLUSION :When using the mixture of EC and HPMC as the carrier, the dissolution rate of the solid dispersion was 30% ,50% ,80% at 2,6,12 h, it had a better sustained release effect.
