咪唑型离子液体的制备与工艺优化

摘    要:主要介绍了由甲基咪唑为初始原料合成1-甲基-3-丁基氟硼酸盐离子液体的合成方法,并对其合成工艺条件进行了优化.实验表明,1-甲基-3-丁基氟硼酸盐离子液体合成适宜条件为:反应溶剂为环己烷,溶剂量100%,物料摩尔比为1 1.1,在回流状态下反应7 h.

Abstract:In this article ,the synthetic method of [ bmim] BF4 ionic liquid by 1-methylimidazole as the initial material is introduced, and the synthesis conditions were optimized. The results showed that the suitable conditions for the synthesis of [ bmim ] BF4 ionic liquid amount was 100% ,the material molar ratio was 1 : 1.1 was :the reaction solvent was cyclohexane, the solvent , the reaction time was 7 h under reflux.
