摘    要:针对液压切割机在进行管道、钢板等切割作业时进给运动的特点,设计了进给速度液压控制系统,阐述了其工作原理.依据流体传动控制原理建立了进给马达电液比例闭环控制系统的数学模型,推导了系统传递函数,并进行了响应仿真分析.为了克服系统响应速度慢、跟踪性能差的缺点,引入了PID校正环节,确定了PID参数,提高了响应速度、改善了系统稳定、稳态误差及跟踪性等性能,得到了比较满意的控制效果.工程实践表明,此电液比例液压系统能够满足工程的实际需要.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the feed movement on hydraulic cutting machine when it cuts pipe, steel,etc, the feed velocity control system was designed and its operating principle was elaborated. The mathematical model of electro-hydraulic proportional closed loop control system for the feed motor was set up on the base of fluid drive control principle, and the system transfer function was deduced and simulation analysis on response of this system was carried out. P1D compensation part was imported and determined the PID parameters in order to overcome the shortcomings on the system which response speed is slow and tracking performance is poor. This PID compensation part improves the response speed, system stability, steady-state error and traceability etc and gets the satisfactory control effect. Engineering practices show that the electro- hydraulic proportional hydraulic system can meet with the practical requirement of engineering.
