电网无功负荷预测方法研究

摘    要:由于电网数据采集与监视控制系统(SCADA)中无功负荷历史数据有限以及其数据波动量较小的特点,采用传统单一预测方法不能满足精度的要求,考虑到时间序列与支持向量机对无功负荷预测的综合优势,建立了时间序列与支持向量机两种方法组合的模型。通过对某电力市场的实测值与预测值进行比较,验证了该方法的预测精度较高。

Abstract:Because the historical data of reactive power in SCADA system is limited and it has small fluctuation characteristics, the traditional single prediction method can not meet the requirement of precision. Considering the comprehensive advantages of time series and support vector machine for reactive power load forecasting, combination model is established. Compared the actual observed data and predicted value in a power market, it demonstrates that the proposed method has high prediction precision.
