固体超强酸催化剂S_2O_8~(2-)/Nd_2O_3-ZrO_2-Al_2O_3催化乙酸与低级醇的酯化反应研究

摘    要:通过稀土固体超强酸作催化剂,对乙酸与低级醇的酯化反应进行研究.结果表明,三元稀土固体超强酸S2O2-8/Nd2O3-Zr O2-Al2O3具有优良的催化性能,其它最佳条件为:酸醇摩尔比为1 2,催化剂用量0.75 g,乙酸用量0.1 mol,反应时间3 h.在此条件下,酯化率可达到96.16%,催化剂重复使用3次以内,酯化率仍可达到92%以上.

Abstract:The esterification of acetic acid and lower alcohol was studied by using the catalyst of rare earth solid superacid. Results showed ternary rare earth solid superacid S202-8/Nd2O3-ZrO2-A1203 possessed the highest catalytic activity. Other optimum conditions were as follows : Ratio of acid to alcohol of 1 : 2, catalyst amount of 0.75 g, acetic acid amount of 0. lmol, reaction time of 3 h. Under these optimum conditions, the esterification efficiency can reach 96.16% ,the esterification efficiency can still be over 92% when the catalyst is reused within three times.
