烟机入口法兰裂纹成因分析及防止措施

摘    要:针对在催化装置烟机入口处的法兰上出现的三种裂纹形态,进行了光学金相分析、成份分析、扫描电镜分析,确认三种裂纹成因分别为:铸造冷隔;夹杂及区域偏析;焊接残余应力。并就裂纹形成扩展提出了防止措施,对今后的工作有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Three forms of the crackle appeared at the inlet flange of the flue turbine. Optical metallographic phase analysis , component analysis and scan electric microscope analysis was made for it. It was affirmed that the formation of three types of the crackle was caused separately from foundry cooling obstruct, carried secretly impurity and regional partial separation, and residue stress of the weld. The measure was prevented from expansion of the crackle formation, to direct future manufacture.
