| 摘 要： | 封闭式行星齿轮传动中单侧板转臂通常为整体式。分析研究了将行星轮轴与单侧板分开加工,采用过盈配合联接形成分离式单侧板转臂,以代替整体式结构的方法,来提高制造工艺性。并应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,将组装后的分离式单侧板转臂,在考虑其过盈配合及行星轮轴加载情况下进行结构分析,得出了分离式转臂分别在一组不同大小过盈量下,其变形、应力大小变化规律及其分布,从而获得了其过盈配合的最佳过盈量。转臂结构优化方法可行,实践应用效果良好。
