五轴数控加工中心回转轴误差补偿技术的研究

摘    要:针对五轴加工中心回转轴运动精度问题,基于多体系统理论,对回转轴运动拓扑结构进行描述.建立数控机床精密加工条件方位约束方程,研究了回转数控指令的迭代修正求解。在此基础上,利用C#语言编制误差补偿和仿真分析软件,通过试验检验,证明本文提出的补偿方法可使机床加工精度大大提高,为将来实际应用奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:Focus on the circumgyrating accuracy of rotary axis, the topology structure of rotary axis has been described and pose restrict equation of rotary axis in moving has been derived out. The iterative calculation method for rotary NC instructions was studied in detail. Based on the above research work, the error compensation and simulation software were developed by using C#.Experiments show the theory is correct and prepares well ready for the practical appfication.
