N-椰子油酰基复合氨基酸表面活性剂的合成

摘    要:以废茧、废丝为原料,采用物理外力辅助水解方法制备了复合氨基酸溶液,再与椰子油酰氯反应合成了N-椰子油酰基复合氨基酸表面活性剂。采用均匀试验考察了物料配比、溶液pH、反应温度以及反应溶剂等对合成反应的影响,得到合成工艺的优化条件:复合氨基酸用量15 mL,椰子油酰氯3 mL,丙酮为7 mL,pH=12,55℃反应4 h。在此优化条件下氨基氮的平均转化率为92.5%。对产品的表面活性进行了表征,结果表明产品的cmc为0.5 g/L,γcmc=30.1 mN/m。产品的乳化力与十二烷基硫酸钠相当,发泡力高于后者。

Abstract:Blend amino acids aqueous solution was prepared by hydrolysis of waste silk under the help of physical action.Blend N-cocofatty acyl amino acids were synthesized by reaction of cocofatty acyl chloride and the prepared blend amino acids.The optimum conditions were screened out by a uniform designed experiment of 4 factors and 6 levels.The results are as follows:cocofatty acyl chloride 3 mL,blend amino acids 15 mL,acetone 7 mL,pH 12,reaction temperature 55 ℃,reaction time 4 h.The yield of blend N-cocofatty acyl amino acids product achieves 92.5%.The properties of the product were evaluated.Results showed that the product displays cmc=0.5 g/L while γ_(cmc)=30.1 mN/m.The emulsifying power is equivalent to that of sodium dodecyl sulfate while the foaming power is higher.
