活性炭吸附硅钨酸催化缩酮反应的研究

摘    要:用活性炭吸附硅钨酸作催化剂用于缩酮反应 ,合成了环己酮乙二醇缩酮。考察了影响收率的各种因素 ,得出优惠反应条件是酮醇摩尔比 1∶1.50 ,催化剂用量 1.5g ,硅钨酸固载量 2 1.9% ,带水剂 15ml,回流反应 3h ,产品收率 91.6% ,催化剂的重复使用性能好。

Abstract:Cyclohexanone ketal was synthesized from ketal by silicotungstic acid which was absorbed in acticarbon. The factors of the affects on the ketal reaction were examined, which gave the optimum conditions with 1∶1.5 molar ratio of ketone and alcohol, 1.5g adsorbing catalyst and 15ml carrier water, 21.9% the adsorbing quantity of the silicotungstic acid and reflux for 3h. The yield of the product was 91.6%, The catalyst has high stability.
