摘    要:采用植株浸渍处理法测定了不同龄期的稻黑尾叶蝉若虫分别对吡虫啉、齐墩螨素和噻嗪酮的敏感性。生测结果表明 ,黑尾叶蝉对吡虫啉、齐墩螨素和噻嗪酮的敏感性随着虫龄的增大而降低 ,其LC5 0 值从小到大的顺序为 1~ 2龄 >3~ 4龄 >5龄。

Abstract:Susceptibility of different instars rice leafhopper nymphs, Nephotettix cincticeps, to three insecticides (avermectin, imidacloprid and buprofezin) was assayed in the laboratory using rice seedlings dipping method. The results showed that susceptibility of the three insecticides to the rice leafhoppers varied with instars of nymphs, and its order from strongness to weakness was 1~2 instars>3~4 instars>5 instars, suggesting that the rice leafhopeers should be controlled from egg hatching peak to second instars nymph.
