混凝土中Cl-引起钢筋锈蚀有关问题的思考和探讨

摘    要:阐述了混凝土中Cl-造成钢筋锈蚀的机理;Cl-在钢筋锈蚀过程不直接参与电化学过程,它只是加速了电化学过程;指出这一机理对处理混凝土工程质量问题的指导意义.同时阐述了Cl-含量大小对钢筋腐蚀的影响,并据此论证了现行国家规范标准依据水泥用量计算Cl-限量的合理性:分析探讨了Cl-含量的确定方法,以及现行国家标准规范中Cl-含量确定方法中存在的问题.

Abstract:The study illustrated the mechanism of chloride ion-related steel corrosion, Chloride ion does not participate in directly, but only facilitates the electrochemical reactions. The study revealed the effects of chloride ion density over steel corrosion, and the logics of current national standards by adopting usage of cement percentage as the regulatory limitations. The study also evaluated the chloride ion density determination methods, and discussed the existing problems in the current national standards.
