菊芋在体内对双歧杆菌生长的影响研究

以健康昆明系小鼠为实验动物,研究了菊芋在体内对双歧杆菌生长的影响,以期为研制以菊芋为主要原料的双歧因子制品提供理论依据。结果表明,菊芋在体内可以选择性地促进双歧杆菌的生长,对大肠杆菌的生长和定殖产生不利作用;而且,这种调整作用需要一定时间。此外,菊芋还有明显的整肠作用。

Study on the effects of Jerusalem artichoke on the growth of Bifidobacterium in vivo

In order to provide theoritical foundation for the utilization of Jerusalem artichoke resource and development of bifidobacteria products, the effects of Jerusalem artichoke on the growth of Bifidobacterium in vivo were studied using healthy mice of Kunming species as experimental animal in this paper. The test proved that Jerusalem artichoke can selectively promote the growth of Bifidobacterium in vivo, but has harmful effects on the growth and permanent planting of E.coli; Moreover, this kind of adjusting action needs a certain time. It is also observed that JA can apprarently improve intestinal tract function.
