高精度多路微机控制温度测量系统的设计

摘    要:叙述了自行开发的多路测温系统的组成,详细论述了系统的软硬件开发过程,针对航空电子设备测温中的高精度需求,分析了测温系统的误差来源,并对测量误差进行了修正,经反复测试表明该系统具有较高的测温精度,并且稳定可靠.

Abstract:The composing of the multi-channel thermal acquisition is presented,and the design of the hardware and software is introduced in detail.The sources of the error are analysed,and how to modify it to meet the aero requirement is described.Testing results show that the multi-channel thermal acquisition system not only has high precision but also is reliable and steady.
