| 摘 要： | 针对剩余焦炉气和尿素膜分离回收尾气中CH4含量高的特点,对焦炉气精脱硫后汇同尿素膜分离回收尾气进行CH4部分氧化转化,处理后用于化工生产。部分氧化法是转化CH4的成熟技术,对处理这两种气体应该是可靠的选择。

| Abstract: | The composition of low value spare coke oven gas and recovered tail gas from membrane separation of urea production is analyzed.And the utilization of the above mentioned gas is discussed.For the gas is characterized with rich in CH4,the fine desulfuried coke oven gas is converged together with the recovered tail gas from membrane separation of urea production,and the CH4 partial oxidation conversion is carried out.Because the technology of CH4 conversion by partial oxidation is quite maturity,to choose the technology to treat the gas should be reliable. |
