| 摘 要： | 植物来源的功能性蛋白越来越受到人们的重视,增加植物活性蛋白的摄入,可有效地预防心血管疾病及调节机体免疫力。本文从分离方法、生物活性、功能机理及应用等角度介绍了植物来源生物活性蛋白的研究进展,主要介绍具有抗癌活性、抗菌活性、抗病毒及脂肪转移等功能的植物蛋白,为功能性植物蛋白的研究及开发利用提供一些借鉴及指导作用。

| Abstract: | Functional plant protein has effect on defending heart and blood vessel illness and regulating immunity.Its characterization and application was studied more and more.In this article,progress of studies on active and functional protein from plant was introduced.The bioactivity of plant protein mainly contained anti-cancer,anti-bacterium,antivirus and lipid transfer.This article provided some use and guidance for deep study and exploiture of plant protein. |
