| 摘 要： | 随着现代网络通讯技术的发展，使基于Internet的远程健康诊断系统的实现成为可能。本文论述了基于分布式开放体系结构的大坝远程健康诊断系统构架，阐述了基于Internet的大坝远程健康诊断系统所需的网络技术、Web数据库技术、系统研制所需的技术模型等关键技术，据此开发大坝远程健康诊断系统。
