摘    要:介绍了一种超快脉冲光纤传输系统 ,它由高速分布反馈 (DFB)激光器、InGaAs PD及阻抗匹配电路组成 ,可传输亚纳秒级的瞬态脉冲 ,其上升、下降沿达百皮秒量级。为保证工作的稳定性 ,设计了智能化的自动温度和功率控制电路。该系统可广泛应用于高能物理实验和高速同步系统的瞬态信号传输

Abstract:An ultra-high-speed pulse fiber-optic transmission system is presented which is composed of a high-speed DFB laser, an InGaAs-PD and an impedance matching circuit. The system is capable of transmitting sub-nanosecond transient pulse with hundred-picosecond rise/fall edge. Intelligentized ATC and APC have been designed for stable operation. The system can be widely used to transmit transient signals in high-energy physics experiments and high-speed synchronization system.
