Si_3N_4结合SiC复合材料耐高温性能的研究现状

摘    要:Si3N4结合SiC复合材料具有高温强度高、抗氧化性能好、热膨胀系数低和抗热震性好等优良性能,广泛应用于陶瓷烧成、有色金属及钢铁冶炼和粉末冶金中的耐高温材料。本文综述了Si3N4结合SiC复合材料耐高温性能方面的研究进展,分析了影响复合材料耐高温性能的因素,提出了提高复合材料高温弯曲强度、热膨胀系数、抗热震性、抗高温氧化性等耐高温性能的方法。
