LED路灯灯具的模块化设计研究

摘    要:本文针对当前LED路灯多采用一体化的集成式结构,在故障维护时或寿命期结束后灯具只能整体返厂维修或更换等所带来的不便,提出了LED路灯模块化思路。通过该模块化思路,LED路灯灯具能够现场快速维护,且多数部件能够循环利用,有效延长LED路灯的生命周期。本文对实现LED路灯的模块化设计中的光学模组提出了几种解决方案,并创新地设计了内曲面光学调制的光学模组。通过实测数据,可以看出此种方法是一种行之有效的LED路灯模块化解决方案。

Abstract:Currently most of LED street lights are designed integrally, and they can not be repaired conveniently when they break down or have too much light decay. This paper proposes a solution to this problem, which is called modularization of LED street light system. And several optical schemes are also introduced to the modularization of LED street light system. In particular, a novel method called inner surface light modulation is shown in the design of LED light distribution. It' s confirmed that modularization of LED street light system can benefit maintenance as well as other aspects.
