摘    要:采用丙酮提取蔬菜水果中茚虫威(安打)农药残留,石油醚萃取,用固相萃取小柱净化,气相色谱法(ECD检测器)进行测定,回收率在80%~120%之间,变异系数为0.77%~4.80%,茚虫威的最低检出限为0.005mg/kg。

Abstract:A simple and rapid gas chromatographic method for determination of indoxacarb residues in vegetables and fruits. The homogenized sample was distilled with acetone and the extraction was extracted with petroleum ether, cleaned up by NH2 columns, and determined by GC. Recovery of indoxacarb was 80% to 120% with relative standard deviations of 0.77% to 4.80%. The LOD of indoxacarb is 0.005mg/kg.
