| 摘 要： | 由已知参数,应用凯夫公式进行了矿浆临介流速的计算,确定了水力输送的管径,并根据管道起、终点的实际路由与标高,进行了渣浆泵扬程的计算,确定了渣浆泵的技术参数,实现了渣浆泵的选型,形成了从外购铁精矿原料场至选矿厂外购铁精矿再磨再选生产系列之间的一套完整的水力输送系统.

| Abstract: | With the known parameters and use of Keifu formula, the critical flow velocity of pulp is calculated in deciding the diameter of the pulp pipe. And based on the actual distance and the elevation level of the pipeline system, the lift of the slurry pump is calculated and the type of the slurry pump is determined having formed an integrity hydraulic transportation system from the iron eoneentrate field to the processing system. |
