微波辐射磷钨酸催化合成丙酸苄酯

摘    要:以磷钨酸作催化剂,环己烷为带水剂,微波辐射加热,用丙酸和苯甲醇直接合成丙酸苄酯。研究结果表明:磷钨酸具有较高的催化活性。考察了催化剂用量、微波辐射功率及时间、苯甲醇与丙酸摩尔比和带水剂环己烷用量对丙酸苄酯收率的影响。在最佳反应条件下,丙酸苄酯的收率可达到93.9%。催化剂可重复使用。

Abstract:Under nnicrowave irradiation the phosphoungstic acid would be used as a catalyst and cyclohexane as a dehydrator to prepare benzyl propionate by synthesizing propionic acid benzyl alcohol directly.The result shows that phosphoung stic acid has higher catalytic activity in the reaction.The effects(which are the amount of catalyst and cyclohexane,microwave irradiation power and period,the molar ratio of benzyl alcohol and propioril acid on the yield of benzyl propionate are discussed.Under the optium reaction condidions,the yield of ester could reach93.9%and the catalyst could be reused.)
