离心泵管嘴受力的有限元分析及研究

摘    要:采用大型建模软件Pro/E,建立国内石化行业广泛使用的离心泵的壳体模型。用分析软件ANSYS对几种工况分别进行有限元计算分析,对美国石油协会AP1610关于离心泵管嘴允许受力的标准进行了研究,得到了该载荷与控制值之间关系以及此载荷值放大倍数。

Abstract:In this paper, finite element model of a centrifugal pump were established by use of Pro/E.Then,with the use of ANSYS,the calculation for several operating conditions was carried out.Based on the research of the allowable loads acting on the suction and discharge nozzle flange supplied in API 650,the relationship between the loads and the correspondent control values and the amplifying time for these control values were obtained.
