综合监理对移民工程质量的监测与控制

水库移民综合监理是一种新型水库移民管理模式,10多年来已在水库移民工程建设中发挥了重要作用,它的核心工作之一就是对移民工程质量实施监测与控制.从水库移民综合监理内涵、移民工程质量含义、综合监理质量监测与控制内容,以及监测与控制的方法和工作步骤等方面,阐述了水库移民综合监理对移民工程质量的监测与控制技术.目前,我国水利水电事业方兴未艾,水库移民综合监理也显得越来越重要,但还需在理论上加以总结提高,要加强综合监理理论研究,建立综合监理理论体系,进一步探索完善监测控制方式、监测指标体系、分析评价方法和信息管理体系.

The role of general supervision for quality montoring and controlling of resettlement works

The general supervision for reservoir resettlement is a new management system for reservoir resettlement and has plays an important role in the construction of reservoir resettlement works for more than 10 years,and its key work is to monitor and control the quality of resettlement works.From the connotation of general supervision for reservoir resettlement,quality meanings about resettlement works,content of quality monitor and control in general supervision,work procedures etc.,this paper presents the monitor and control technologies of general supervision for the resettlement works.At present,the water conservancy and hydropower industry in China is quite lively,and the general supervision for reservoir resettlement become more and more important,so summarization should be made in theory and theoretical research on the general supervision should be strengthened to establish theoretical system of the general supervision,further study and improve monitor and control measures,monitor index system,analysis and evaluation method and information system.
