密封钢丝绳断丝漏磁监测系统

摘    要:稳定、可靠地发现密封钢丝绳生产过程中出现的断丝对于其质量控制具有重要的意义。根据密封钢丝绳的结构特点,采用漏磁检测技术,研制了一套断丝在线无损检测系统,能对密封钢丝绳生产过程中出现的断丝现象进行有效监测。该系统主要包括检测传感器、信号采集器、计算机系统和打标器。结合智能化信息处理技术,实现了断丝的自动识别,并能据此进行报警和打标。实验室和工业现场试验表明,该系统性能稳定、可靠。

Abstract:Broken wire was a vital disadvantage for quality assurance of locked coil wire rope. A nondestructive system for monitoring broken wires in production line was designed, which based on the magnetic character of locked coil wire rope. The system that applied leakage flux theory consisted of testing sensor, signal acquisition unit, computer system and unit for alerting and marking. Intelligent signal processing was applied in the system for effective discrimination of broken wire and subsequent processing. The reliability of the system was proved by the results from laboratory and factory.
