钢渣在硫铝酸盐水泥中的应用

摘    要:针对钢渣活性低的问题,试验研究了在硫铝酸盐水泥体系中通过碱性激发而提高其水化活性的效果。研究结果表明,硫铝酸盐水泥对钢渣有一定的激发效果,尤其是在钢渣含量10%左右时对其水化促进明显;在硫铝酸盐水泥体系中,复掺粉煤灰对钢渣活性的激发效果优于复掺矿渣,当复掺量为10%时激发效果明显,其抗压强度远高于纯水泥砂浆的抗压强度。

Abstract:Due to the activity of steel slag is very low,so a measure for enhancing its hydrational property is experimentally studied by means of alkali activation in the sulphoaluminate cement system.The rezults show that there are certain effects for activating the steel slag by using of sulphoaluminate cement,especially when the content of steel slag is about 10%,the effect is more obvious.And the activation efficieucy for adding with fly ash and steel slag together is higher than that of adding with furnace slag and steel slag together,the compressive strength of sulphoaluminate cement mortar when adding of 10% fly ash and steel slag is far higher than that of cement mortar without mineral admixture.
