| Abstract: | The producing process of a kind of micro-chill suitable for suspension casting of heavy section ductile iron is briefly described. And when 10% of this kind of micro-chill was added by conventional suspension casting process, its effects on the segregation of element, graphite decay, and mechanical property of heavy section ductile iron are also researched. |
