摘    要:应用WAXD、声速法等研究了涤纶四孔中空纤维在不同拉伸条件下结晶、取向变化,讨论了拉伸工艺变化对涤纶四孔中空纤维结构与性能的影响。结果表明,由于拉伸方式和拉伸温度的不同,纤维结晶和取向程度有明显的区别,导致了中空纤维成品质量的差异。

Abstract:By means of WAXD etc, the crystallization and orientation of four hole hollow PET fiber under different drawing conditions were studied. The effect of drawing process on the structure and properties of four hole hollow PET fiber was discussed. The results show that the different drawing method and temperature make it evident that there is obvious difference between the fiber's crystallinity and orientation degree, which results in the difference of hollow fiber quality.
