可延长电动自行车电池寿命的充电模式

摘    要:根据铅酸蓄电池的特性及正极充电的反应机理,提出恒流(0.3 C)变幅脉冲充电模式,减少充放电容量比率和失水量,促使串联中各电池性能的一致,达到延长深循环寿命的目的.通过对正极板的SEM和粉末X射线衍射分析表明:新的充电模式有利于正极活性物质中形成一种电子导电性和机械性好、并与板栅表面结合牢固的网络结构,保证了电池在深循环过程中的容量衰减缓慢,从而使电池组有较长的寿命.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of lead acid batteries and positive charging reaction mechanism, constant current(0.3 C) variable amplitude pulse charging mode was proposed to reduce capacity ratio of charge-discharge and water-loss rate, so the batteries in series were in conformity, thus to extend the cycle life. The SEM on positive plate and XRD proved that the new charging mode could impel the formation of certain network structure among the active substance at the positive, which had superior conductivity and mechanical features and integrated firmly with the surface of planks. This would guarantee the slow attenuation of the capacity during deep cycle, thus to prolong the life of battery pack.
