| 摘 要： | 利用茧丝纤度曲线模拟生成、解舒丝长分布等相关理论,进行定纤缫丝过程的计算机模拟,介绍定纤自动缫计算机模拟系统的结构组成和主要实现技术;通过模拟试验及实测数据比较,讨论了原料茧特性、缫丝工艺条件等因素对生丝纤度偏差的影响,验证了系统的实用性和可靠性。

| Abstract: | The silk reeling course with fixed size was simulated in computer with using the theories of curve simulation of silksize and length distribution of non-broken cocoon filaments. The construction and main realization technique of computersimulating system for automatic reeling with fixed size were introduced. The effects of raw-cocoon properties and reeling processon the deviation of raw silk size were discussed by comparing simulating test with experimental data, verifying the usefulness andreliability of the system. |
