混流泵轴向水推力特性的预测及其与实测特性的比较

摘    要:本文计算了一个系列六个不同比转速导叶式混流泵全流量范围内的轴向水推力特性,其中两个还与实测结果进行了比较,两者达到了良好的一致。本文还发现扬程系数ψ和轴向水推力系数τ在全流量范围内十分吻合,而通过轴向水推力四个组成部分的详细计算,认识到了设置平衡孔减小轴向水推力的措施的应用前提。这些研究结果在工程实际中具有指导意义。

Abstract:In this paper,the axial thrust of six blade\|fixed pumps in full discharge are calaulated.Two of them are compared with experiments and show good agreement.The prerequisite to stalling the balance hole for decreasing the axial thrust is illustrated.
