SiO2/S涂层与结焦抑制剂抗结焦性能的实验对比

摘    要: 在退役炉管内表面制备了 SiO2/S 复合涂层,对涂层与结焦抑制剂的抗结焦性能进行了对比。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线能谱分析了炉管内表面及截面的形貌和化学组成,表征了加入结焦抑制剂后的焦层形貌。结果表明,退役炉管内表面粗糙,呈刻蚀状形貌,并且分布着细小的孔洞及裂纹,丝状焦首先在这些部位成核与生长。提高复合涂层的涂覆效果与保持涂层的完整性可以有效地降低焦炭的沉积。结焦抑制剂由于其中含硫化合物与含磷化合物的协同作用,抗结焦性能优良。当加入结焦抑制剂质量分数为200 μg/g 时,结焦抑制率达到69.2%;而 SiO2/S 复合涂层的结焦抑制率达到65%,前者效果略优。
