催化裂化低温接触大剂/油比技术理念与实践

摘    要: 在分析国内外先进催化裂化技术的基础上,提出了“低温接触、大剂/油比”的技术理念,并对基于此技术理念的催化裂化技术进行了系统化分析、归类。中试试验和工业应用的实践表明,采用“低温接触、大剂/油比”技术理念和操作条件,改善了原料油和催化剂的初始接触混合状况,抑制了热裂化反应,促进了催化裂化反应,提高了原料转化率,并能显著改善产品分布和产品性质。与常规催化裂化工艺相比,采用这一技术理念的工艺过程,转化率提高3百分点左右,干气产率降低25%左右,总液收率提高1百分点以上。
