摘    要:在大量单因素实验结果的基础上 ,以直接实验设计方法来设计制膜条件和用SAS软件包对所得实验数据进行优化并建立数学模型 ,得到优化的制膜条件。由该条件所制得的PAN/PSF合金膜的纯水通量提高 1 7倍 ,平均孔径扩大了 1 8倍。

Abstract:In order to make an ideal microporous membrane ,the preparation conditions of PAN/PSF membranes were optimized by Random-Design method and SAS regression analysis software. Meanwhile, linear regression models of PAN/PSF membrane preparation conditions and membrane performance were set up to predict the performance of PAN/PSF membranes quantitatively. From the results of the experiment, it can be found that the pure water flux optimized is 3122 L/(m 2·h) and the average pore size optimized is 0.95 μm, about 1.7 and 1.8 times respectively of those unoptimized.
