企业生存系统的协调模型研究

在复杂的动态环境中，企业保持竞争优势本质是使内部核心能力与外部环境相匹配，将两者结合构成了完整的企业生存系统。为准确判断企业核心能力系统与外部环境系统之间的协调度，借助协同学原理，对企业生存系统进行了描述，并建立了企业生存系统协调度模型，最后进行了实证分析，验证了模型的可操作性，为管理者提供明确的决策目标。

A Coordinating Model for Enterprise Existence Systems

In the complicated dynamic environment,the essence for enterprise to gain competitive advantage is to make the internal core competence suitable for the external environment,and to combine the competence with the environment to form a complete enterprise existence system.In order to accurately judge the coordination between core competence and external dynamic environment,synergetic theory is employed to describe the enterprise existence system and establish a coordinating measurement model.This paper provides a clear decision orientation to managers.
