摘    要:在对重钢4号高炉各冷却部位冷却水量和冷却水温差进行全面测试的基础上,分析讨论了重钢4号高炉冷却制度特征,提出了高炉炉腹中部以上冷却水温差波动过大是造成4号高炉炉墙结瘤,引起高炉炉况不顺的原因之一,加强冷却制度管理不仅有利于高炉顺行,也有利于高炉生产指标的改善和经济效益的提高。

Abstract:The cooling system of No.4 blast furnace at Chongqing Iron and Steel Co. was analyzed based on measurement of cooling water flowrate and temperature difference. The cause of clogging on furnace wall and instable running of BF is the relatively great fluctuation of water temperature difference above the middle of bosh. Strengthening management of cooling system is not only beneficial to stable running of blast furnace, but also improving production indexes.
