| 摘 要： | 针对塞棒产品产生的特征裂纹，运用数值模拟工具进行了分析，发现成型和烧成缺陷在芯杆顶部集中，诱发裂纹产生，为此运用了多种预防措施，来避免裂纹的发生。

| Abstract: | According to the generated crack of stopper,the crack is analyzed with a numerical value simulation tool and molding and firing defects of stopper is centralized on the top of stopper rod so that crack is caused to occur.Many prevetion measures are taken for this to prevent crack generation. |
