摘    要:电力电子变压器是一种多功能的新型智能变压器,其最大特点是体积小重量轻、能改善电能质量和具有灵活的输电方式,是建设绿色电网和数字电网的重要设备之一,目前正受到越来越多学者们的关注。首先简要阐述了电力电子变压器的发展以及研究的必要性;其次,介绍了AC/DC/AC型电力电子变压器的工作原理及其拓扑结构;然后,对电力电子变压器控制器进行了设计和仿真分析,仿真结果表明,所设计的电力电子变压器具有传统变压器所不具备的许多独特性能,且达到了较理想的效果;最后进行了总结并分析了今后电力电子变压器发展将要面临的挑战。

Abstract:Power electronic transformer is a new type of intelligent transformer of a multi function,its biggest feature is the small size and light weight , improve power quality and flexible way transmission, power electronic transformer is one of the most important equipment in the construction of green power and digital power grid, there are a growing number of scholars concerned about it. This paper first introduces the development of power electronic transformer and the necessity of research; Secondly, this paper introduces the working principle and topological structure of AC/DC/AC type power electronic transformer; Then, the power electronic transformer controller was designed and simulated analysis, the simulation results show that, the power electronic transformer design has many unique properties of traditional transformer do not possess, and to achieve an ideal effect; Finally, summarize the full text and analysis of the difficulties in the future development of power electronic transformer will be faced.
